Abstract

The application of adequate models application to the analysis of complex radio-electronic means of responsible destination, many of the elements which have a layered structure (or can be reduced to it). The analysis of mathematical models for simulation of stress-strain State in layered elements of radioelectronic facilities responsible assignments with external influences throughout their production and operation. Shows that the existing models do not fully take into account the phenomena and processes occurring in heterogeneous product structures, and need to be clarified and improved. An example of modeling of stress-strain State of multilayer structure by thermal effects.
